Serviced Apartments

The Serviced Apartments have 1 bedroom with a large ensuite and open plan lounge / dining area.

Our Serviced Apartments come with a service package which includes an evening meal prepared by your own in house chef, cleaning, laundry, a daily health check and a 24 hour emergency call system to St John.

The apartments have a cosy lounge and open onto a wide sunny passage that leads to the communal lounges and dining room or to the sun deck, where residents can enjoy planting and tending to their favourite vegetables or flowers in raised gardens.  Each apartment has a kitchenette with an under-bench fridge. Residents can have a toaster, electric jug and microwave should they wish.  There are TV and phone jacks in the lounge and bedroom and a heat pump for summer cooling or winter warming.  A St John emergency call phone and a pendant comes with each apartment.

The bedroom has a large wardrobe, storage cupboard and wall-mounted TV and opens onto a lovely garden and pathway surrounded by cherry trees. 

The large ensuite bathroom has a large level entry shower, vanity, toilet, ceiling heater/fan and a heated towel rail.

    Our Serviced Apartment chef cooks a different meal every evening in our open-plan kitchen and dining area to ensure our residents feel right at home with the wonderful smells of home cooking.

    Residents can furnish their apartments with their own furniture. The lounge has a heatpump, is spacious but cosy and the bay window opens out onto the walkway windows and view beyond and the sun also filters through and into the apartment.

    Residents can relax, chat or watch TV or a movie in the communal lounge.

    There is a lovely north facing patio has lovely views and is where residents can sit in the sun, have a cup of tea or tend to their very own vege garden plots. The in house chef often uses the vegetables for evening meals.
